At Bet and Malfie, we are dedicated to guarantee that your order will arrive as safely and as soon as possible. All purchases will be delivered and beautifully wrapped in Bet and Malfie’s signature packaging. 


Each item will be assigned a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse, enabling us to locate your package. When your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly with an order tracking number. If you have not received your order within 10 working days or if, at any time, you have a question regarding the status of your order, you can go to courier's website to track your order or you could contact us directly at where we will be happy to look into your request and assist you immediately.


We insure each purchase; from dispatch and during the time which is in transit, until it is delivered to your specified address. Upon delivery to the specified delivery address, the responsibility of your order transfers to you and is no longer covered by our insurance. If you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, Bet and Malfie Ltd cannot be held responsible.


If you order items for delivery outside EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are your responsibility where they apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If local import taxes apply, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time. As goods held at customs, it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Bet and Malfie Ltd to you.
